| root: @18 Aug 2010,18:01:49 | Scented Nectar, sorry for letting wait but i was kind VERY busy the last 3 days with the server upgrades ....in regards to that we are almost done probably 10% of the work left..etc. well in regards to your suggestions , actually Ancient Atheist has suggested a something similar and yes i'm gonna get to that once i'm done with subs feature (aren't you keen to get subs here ?! i bet you 're ) as for a user directory , i guess solving that issue would be quite handy through the search engine , so instead of just listing docs (i.e videos , articles and bookmakrs) it would also include user home pages ....just a thought and yeah the bookmark thing , is basically one of the first feature that NiteCo ever had it's purpose is to enlist url aka websites that you may find interesting , so that other users doing some search would also come across them ... cheers | ||||

I should probably try it at least once, but I'm kind of lazy! :) It's much easier to just bookmark pages using my browser. | ||||
| scentednectar: @17 Aug 2010,18:49:23 | Here's a couple kicking around in my coffee addled brain this morning. :) I'd like to see some sort of way of knowing when there is a new comment on any page that accepts comments, including one's own pages and other people's pages. Maybe a button or something for watching new posts there? Another idea, is maybe some sort of directory of users (perhaps optional in whether or not to be listed), where users can maybe have their name and a brief description. Getting detailed, there could be an option to list alphabetically or by join date (to quickly see new members) or maybe by some sort of categories or maybe by newest content addition or whatever else. What I've just started doing, is I've made a browser bookmark folder called NiteCo, where I'm putting things like individual home pages and maybe comment-chat threads too. Ok, off I go for more coffee now! | ||||
